On 9th January 2019 The Wiltshire Working Gundog Society Open Field Trial for AV Retrievers was held on the Fonthill Estate in the Great Ridge Wood.
A beautiful sunny winters day, some good shooting from the guns, and some excellent gundogs led to an exciting competition, eventually won by Louie Robertson with Labrador Dog Mitforton Nacho.
