What do you enjoy most about the Estate?
The variety in my job as no day is the same but working with such lovely people is the most enjoyable part.
We know you love cooking, photography and you’re a great artist. If you could choose one of these as a profession, which one would it be and why?
That’s a tough one. Having trained in the hotel & catering industry, I wouldn’t want to go back! And as much as I love the latter two, something to do with interiors like home staging or styling a home for Christmas would be very fulfilling.
You are the Sourdough Queen, have you any tips for our readers?
The whole sourdough process can all sound very complicated especially with all the terminology, like autolyse, hydration & tensioning but it really isn’t that complicated. You just need a good basic recipe along with time and patience.
What’s for supper?!
Roast Chicken with all the trimmings! It’s a staple weekday supper in our house.
